Domestic new build in the countryside
Challenges
The project was single storey, but covered a large square foot area, so ensuring hot water and good pressure could run from one end to the other was a task for our plumber.
The setting for this project was in rural Herefordshire overlooking the rolling agricultural hills. Ridgebourne was a new build for domestic purposes, so everything from the bottom to the top was required.
The most prominent features of Ridgebourne is the exterior natural wood cladding and the vaulted ceilings which provides a sense of grandeur, along with the full height windows.
The clients were a pleasure to work with, making this one of our favourite projects.
Our favourite features of this project are the high vaulted ceilings, tall windows overlooking the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and the timber cladding.
